Here is another peek into lunches I make for Lena. It’s always a surprise to see what gets eaten and what gets left. I get a small glimpse into what her body is feeling like it needs. One day she ate all the blanched cabbage and left everything else. Interesting, right?
Lena also takes her time eating and I don’t think she gets enough time to eat her full lunch at school. We have a special spot where we sit on our way home so she can finish lunch. This was the day all the cabbage was gone, but she ate the rest on the way home.
